Joshua Donay

Joshua Donay has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Joshua started their career as a Test Engineer/Product Engineer at ITT Automotive/Valeo in 1997, followed by a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems in 1999. In 2001, they became an Engineering Manager/Project Manager at Evenflo, and held the same role at Cincinnati Industrial Machinery from 2005 to 2008. Joshua then became the President of Cincinnati Industrial Machinery from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as an Account Manager - Field Sales Engineer at Kaman Fluid Power/BW Rogers. Currently, they serve as a District Sales Manager at Allied Automation, Inc. Joshua's experience spans various industries, including manufacturing automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and process equipment.

Joshua Donay attended the University at Buffalo from 1993 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
