Michael Sternklar

Michael Sternklar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and HR outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Allied Benefit Systems, Michael also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for Quantum Workplace and Strongpoint Partners. Previously, Michael held significant positions at LLR Partners as a Senior Operating Advisor and as CEO at benefitexpress, overseeing a healthcare software company. Michael's notable tenure at Mercer included serving as Chief Operating Officer for the US Business, leading a $300 million benefits outsourcing operation, and participation in Mercer’s Operating Committee. Additional roles at Fidelity Investments encompassed executive leadership in client services, global strategy, and HR/payroll outsourcing, contributing to the management of multi-million dollar businesses.
