Cody Tope

Cody Tope is an experienced professional with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering management. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager at Allied Machine & Engineering since March 2021, Cody oversees multiple business units and is accountable for human resources, safety, production planning, and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager for the 2nd Shift at Cable Manufacturing and Assembly, where responsibilities encompassed managing plant operations and quality assurance, along with earlier positions as Quality Lead and Product Development Engineer. Cody's engineering expertise was further developed at Ahresty Wilmington Corporation as a Machining Engineer, focusing on new model activity and CapEx projects. Cody holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
