Heberth Campos has a diverse work experience in technology services and project management. Heberth is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology Services at Allied Global Technology Services since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Professor at Rafael Landivar University starting from January 2019. Heberth also held the position of Project Management Professor at Del Valle University of Guatemala from January 2014 to 2018, where they taught various project management courses and worked as a consultant for mega projects. Heberth has experience in portfolio management and COE management as a Portfolio Management Officer & COE Manager at Allied Global Corporation from March 2020 to March 2022. Heberth worked as a Transition Manager at HCL Technologies from October 2019 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, they served as an IT Project Manager at Xerox Business Services/Atos Technologies from July 2012 to September 2019, leading cross-functional teams across different countries. Heberth also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at 1800SW, where they provided IT services and led the development of cloud-based services. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at 1800SW and SSO S.A, where they were involved in ERP and CRM development using .NET C# and SQL Server.

Heberth Campos obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Rafael Landívar, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Heberth has pursued various certifications throughout their career, including certifications in digital transformation, professional scrum, design thinking, disciplined agile, project management, and IT service management. These certifications have been obtained from reputable institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, Scrum.org, INCAE Business School, Disciplined Agile Consortium, PMO GLOBAL ALLIANCE, Scrum Alliance, Dale Carnegie Training, EXIN, Microsoft, and the Project Management Institute.
