Dustin Stewart has a long history of leadership roles in the IT support and services industry. Dustin is currently the CEO of ALLIED Help Desk Services, where they advise IT support centers on achieving success and developing their talent. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Kalleo Technologies, where they helped build scalable systems and teams during a period of rapid growth. Dustin also held the role of Vice President at Reliant Bank, where they oversaw the Service Desk operations and collaborated with the Engineering department for changes and implementations. Dustin has extensive experience in integrating support and project services, as seen during their tenure as Vice President at Corsica Technologies. Dustin also held various management positions at C Spire, where they focused on delivering efficient and timely support to end users. Early in their career, Dustin worked as a Help Desk Technician at Hamilton County Department of Education, providing hardware and software support as well as network troubleshooting. Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, implement effective processes, and drive customer satisfaction.

Dustin Stewart completed an Associate of Art degree in Psychology at Dalton State College from 2006 to 2007. Dustin then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Dustin has obtained various certifications in the field of IT and cybersecurity, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and White Belt certifications, CompTIA Storage+ Powered by SNIA ce certification, ITIL Foundation (2011) certification, VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization, several Microsoft certifications, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from (ISC)², and certifications from Fortinet and CompTIA.
