Kimberly Gonzalez has over a decade of diverse experience in community management and fraud prevention. Kimberly's background also encompasses roles at ARC Document Solutions as a Billing Specialist, where invoicing and delivery coordination were key tasks, and a significant tenure at Continental Airlines, progressing from Collection Specialist to Fraud Prevention Supervisor, overseeing fraud risk strategies, performance reporting, and credit analysis.
