Jim Dillard

Airline Pilot at Allied Pilots Association

Jim Dillard has over 30 years of experience as an airline pilot, currently serving in that role at American Airlines since 1998, where expertise includes operating various aircraft such as the Boeing 727, 737, 757, 767, 787, and Fokker F100. Dillard has held leadership positions within the Allied Pilots Association, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Boston Domicile and as a member of the Board of Directors for eight years each. Prior experience includes being a professional flight instructor for the MD-11 at FedEx Express from 1997 to 1998 and serving for 23 years as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy, piloting the A-7E Corsair and F/A-18 Hornet, as well as working as a Naval Aircrewman. Education includes a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the University of Oregon.
