James Maring

James Maring has extensive experience in electrical planning and project management within the nuclear and power industries. Currently employed at Allied Power since September 2017, Maring is involved in modifications at the James A Fitzpatrick Nuclear Plant. Prior roles include work at CBI Group, focusing on vital systems such as Spent Fuel Pool Instrumentation and Emergency Plan Communications, and at Entergy NE, where Maring planned electrical upgrades for similar critical systems. A long tenure at Entergy from 1986 to 2012 included positions as Chief Electrician and leading a transition to a new work management system. Maring's career began in the US Navy, serving as an Electricians Mate, complemented by an education in the US Navy Electronics-Electrician Program.
