Payman Berjis

Payman is the Director of Acquisitions and is responsible for the execution of all acquisition activities in the portfolio. In the ten years prior to joining Allied, he was responsible for advising on and leading the transaction and development of complex real estate assets. Payman’s responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and onboarding investments. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
