Mike Simons

Mike has been active in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry for over thirty years, during which he has held various positions of development, leadership and ownership of third party management companies and working in markets throughout the Western US. Mike joined the Allied team in 2013 and as President he is responsible for all aspects of Allied Residential, including overall company performance and strategic direction. Mike is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA) and serves on the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) board of directors and as a past President of the organization. He also maintains a Washington State Brokers license, is the designated broker for Allied Residential and is a graduate of the University of Washington.
