Philip Carman

Philip Carman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Services Engineer at Allied Telesis since February 2013, Philip provides Level 2 support across the Asia, Pacific, and Middle East regions, focusing on hardware and software management, network design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Previous roles at Allied Telesis include Network Solutions Engineer and Network Operations Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the Ministry of Education's SNUP initiative. Prior to Allied Telesis, Philip gained customer service experience at Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferry and worked in accounts payable and security at Capital & Coast District Health Board. Philip holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Networking from Wellington Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Victoria University of Wellington.
