Vivian Maguire has extensive experience in benefits and administration roles. Vivian worked as the Senior Director of Benefits & LOA Administration at Allied Universal since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Employee Benefits at Automobile Club of Southern California from 2006 to 2019, where they were responsible for developing and managing benefit plans with a budget of over $250M. Vivian also integrated multiple organizations' health & welfare and retirement plans, resulting in cost savings of $6M. Before that, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Gateway, Inc. from 2004 to 2006, where they reviewed, developed, and managed employee health and welfare plans. Vivian also managed the 401(k) program and employee stock purchase plan. Previously, they worked as a Benefits Manager at Safeway Inc. from 1996 to 2004 and as an Assistant Benefits Manager at Pulte Corporation from 1991 to 1996. Vivian began their career as a Benefits Analyst at First Heights Bank, fsb in 1989 and also worked in benefits and payroll at Pulte Mortgage (formerly ICM Mortgage) from 1984 to 1989.
Vivian Maguire attended St. Norbert College from 1978 to 1980 without earning a degree. Vivian then transferred to Colorado State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from 1980 to 1981.
