Brad Weilbacher

Brad Weilbacher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, change management, and sales. Currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Manager for Financial Services at Allied Offsets, Brad focuses on delivering solutions related to the Voluntary Carbon Market and Carbon Dioxide Removals. In addition, as the Sustainability Director and Partner at ONG Capital and a former consultant at 3BL Consulting Services, Brad has supported organizations in their transition to a Zero Carbon future. Previous roles at bp included Global Transformation Manager and Change Leader, where Brad was instrumental in enhancing project deliverables and driving stakeholder engagement. Brad holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management and Innovation from the University of Westminster, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
