Deb Gil Cid

Deb Gil is a Principal at Alliiance, where since March 2000, focus has been on leading interior design efforts and workplace strategies as a Workplace Studio Co-Leader, Senior Interior Designer, Client Manager, and Change Leader. With expertise in managing small to mid-size interior teams, Deb's role encompasses project management and design across various project types, remaining engaged throughout all phases. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Interior Designer at Facility Systems (now Intereum) from 1997 to 2000 and as an Interior Designer at CNK, Inc. from 1991 to 1997. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and Urban and Regional Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and possesses certifications as CID, LEED AP, WELL AP, and IIDA.
