Jessica Dahl is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Allina Health since May 2022, Jessica focuses on recruiting efforts to enhance patient care across numerous facilities in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Digi-Key Electronics and Allina Health, and Director of Talent Acquisition at SunOpta, where strategic hiring initiatives were implemented. Jessica's career also includes significant recruitment roles at Vascular Solutions, Aerotek, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car, demonstrating a robust background in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from St. Cloud State University.
