Darren Jones

Darren Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the residential construction industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Allison Homes since October 2022, Darren previously held the role of Executive Consultant at TopHat and Non Executive Director at Gilbert and Goode. Notably, Darren was appointed Divisional Managing Director at Miller Homes Ltd, where responsibilities included growing the Midlands and South businesses and assisting in implementing a PLC-style management structure post-acquisition by GSO Capital Partners. As Regional Chairman for Persimmon Homes from July 2005 to February 2013, oversight included multiple businesses with significant annual completions and revenue. Additionally, during a tenure at Gleeson Homes from October 2001 to June 2005, Darren successfully guided Charles Church Southern from a break-even point to notable profitability amid challenging market conditions.
