Zoe Evans

Zoe Evans is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Allison Homes since January 2023. Previously, Zoe held the position of Human Resources Director at Ideal World Ltd from May 2020 to January 2023, and also managed human resources at Ideal Shopping Direct. From October 2011 to May 2020, Zoe was the Head of Human Resources at Thomas Cook, where responsibilities included supporting the Retail Director and Senior Team. Early in Zoe's career, roles included HR Business Partner positions at Gala Coral Group and other companies, as well as the Head of Human Resources at Whittard of Chelsea and HR Manager at LA Fitness and Thomas Cook Group. Zoe holds a degree in MCIPD in HR from Malpas.
