Carolann Haznedar

Carolann Haznedar has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for both Allison Transmission and Harsco Corporation, Carolann previously held the position of Senior Vice President of DuPont Performance Materials from 2000 to 2016, overseeing multiple global businesses. A unique executive exchange arrangement between DuPont and Colgate-Palmolive enabled Carolann to focus on new business development at Colgate-Palmolive from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Carolann had a long tenure at DuPont from 1981 to 1999, where responsibilities included Global Business Manager and National Sales Manager for DuPont Fluoropolymers. Carolann began a career in the technology sector as a Microprocessor Control Analyst at EDO, where significant contributions were made to aviation technology. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Delaware, Ohio University, and Montclair State University.
