Isabella Kleeschulte

Isabella Kleeschulte serves as Gesellschafterin and Leiterin Projektmanagement at RHENUS LUB since July 2020, focusing on strategy, sustainability, digital management, and leadership culture. Previously, Isabella held the position of Marketing Managerin at Rhenus Lub GmbH & Co KG from January 2008 to July 2020, with a role in project management, and worked as a Teamassistentin for Ecolog Deutschland GmbH in 2007-2008, also in project management. Early career experiences include serving as the assistant to the Managing Director at Gut Vogelbusch, where Isabella contributed to the project management of a new equestrian facility from 2006 to 2007. Educationally, Isabella obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Advanced Management from the University of St. Gallen and holds a BA in International Equine and Agriculture Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University, alongside training as a Werbekauffrau from BBDO.
