Jk Pareek

JK Pareek serves as the Chief Information and Digital Officer at Allison Transmission since 2021, overseeing IT strategy for the world's largest manufacturer of commercial-duty automatic transmissions and hybrid propulsion systems. Prior to this role, JK Pareek was the Vice President Global IT and CIO at Nidec Motor Corporation from 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included developing integrated business and IT strategies and leading IT integration following a major acquisition. JK Pareek's extensive experience at SunEdison, spanning from 1995 to 2015, involved multiple leadership roles in IT strategy and operations for the Solar Energy division, along with management of corporate IT systems for the broader organization. Earlier in JK Pareek's career, a position as Senior Controls Engineer was held at Texas Instruments in 1995. JK Pareek holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
