Maggie Allman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Maggie is currently the Global Chief Talent Officer at Allison+Partners since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, People Business Partner at Guild Education from January 2021 to February 2022. From 2018 to 2021, Maggie served as the Head of People & Culture at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Before that, they held multiple roles at Chipotle Mexican Grill, including Lead HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Recruiter. Maggie'scareer started at AppleOne Employment Services as a Sr. Account Executive from 2004 to 2008, and as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2003 to 2004.

Maggie Allman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University, attending from 1997 to 2001.
