Jacky Flynn

Jacky Flynn, a Dr with extensive experience in public hospitals, community services, and aged care. Over 20 years of experience with the Australian Council of Health Care Standards. Director of Nursing experience for over 20 years in Queensland and New Zealand. Currently serving as the General Manager for Allity Aged Care and previously worked as a Care Manager for OneCare OneCare. Holds a Ph.D. in Grounded Theory on nurses' perception of quality care and a Masters of Medical Science with a focus on medication management and errors in pediatrics.
