Elaine Boardman has a robust background in marketing, product management, and client services, with over a decade of experience in leadership roles. Currently serving in the Marketing & Product division at AllLife since February 2018, Elaine previously held the position of Client Services Manager at Silica from December 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing the client services team and fostering client relationships. Prior to that, Elaine worked as a Senior Project Manager at eProjects from October 2010 to November 2014 and held a role at ER24 focusing on contact center management from January 2009 to December 2010. Starting their career in client service management at Digicall Solutions from January 2003 to April 2008, Elaine consistently demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, KPI reporting, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
