Stephany Lazo Fernandez

Stephany Lazo is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Allmark Door since February 2023, Stephany previously worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at ACV Enviro from May 2022 to January 2023 and at CareFinders Total Care from July 2019 to May 2022. Early career experience includes a Talent Acquisition Assistant position at Hackensack Meridian Health in 2019 and a recruiting internship at Aerotek as part of the Future Leaders Program. Stephany also held an Assistant Manager role at iMobile US for over four years. An academic background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, complemented by an Associate’s degree from UCNJ Union College of Union County.
