Madison Theisen

Madison Theisen is the Head of Customer Success at Allmoxy since July 2023, responsible for leading initiatives in customer success, enablement, and professional services. Previously, Madison served as a Customer Success Manager at ReliaQuest, managing a portfolio of enterprise customers and overseeing renewals and engagement, contributing to $5M in annual recurring revenue. Madison has also held roles as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, along with various positions in hospitality and marketing, including a Sales Intern role at The Boston Beer Company and a Marketing Intern at the Golf Course Superintendent Association of America. Education includes attendance at The University of Kansas and Centro Universitario EUSA, complemented by early roles during high school.
