Erik Salvati

Erik Salvati serves as the Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager at allnex, responsible for overseeing the onsite industrial wastewater treatment plant and acting as the environmental contact for the SHE department since February 2022. Prior to this role, Erik held positions as the Assistant Director of Wastewater for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation from October 2021 to February 2022, and as a Mobile Wastewater Treatment Operator at Natural Systems Utilities from January 2021 to October 2021. Erik's career at allnex began in April 2014 as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Senior Operator. Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Central Connecticut State University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from CT State Gateway, where Erik also earned certificates in Water Management and Clean Water Management (Wastewater).
