Dr. Paulina Heil

Dr. Paulina Heil currently serves as Assistenz CHRO and HR Business Partner at Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen SE since May 2023. Previously, Dr. Heil held the position of Group HR Manager at dimater GmbH from July 2021 to April 2023 and worked as a Management Consultant for German Board Advisors between June 2019 and June 2021.
