Liz Simmons is currently the CEO + Founder of Pursuits in Food, where Liz provides business consultancy services for hospitality industry entrepreneurs. Liz also serves as an Operations Manager at Raddish. With a background in hospitality recruitment and project management, Liz has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, managing projects, financial reporting, and relationship-building. In addition, Liz has experience in event management, fundraising activities, and audit support. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Samford University and a 12 Week Cookery Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Ballymaloe Cookery School.
