Michelle Zeppelin

Michelle Zeppelin, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AlloSource® since 2017, Michelle plays a pivotal role as a business partner for the Executive Leadership Team. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Manager at Baker Hughes, overseeing HR for a major business unit, and Human Resources Manager at OmniTRAX, Inc., leading HR support for multiple companies. Michelle's experience also encompasses roles at Altria, Ingersoll Rand, PepsiCo, ConAgra Foods, and AT&T, focusing on employee development, organizational design, and HR strategy. Academically, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix.
