Rael Kolevsohn

Rael Kolevsohn has been with Allot Communications since 2014, serving as the company's VP Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to Allot Communications, Rael served as Vice President & General Counsel for RADVISION LTD. from 2007 to 2014.

Rael is responsible for running and supervising all legal affairs of this dually listed company (NASDAQ and TASE) specializing in the field of developing and manufacturing hardware and software products for the video conference market with offices in 12 countries. Rael recently led the company to the successful merger with Avaya Inc. as the person primarily responsible for the negotiation and conclusion of the transaction.

Rael is also responsible for a major acquisition successfully concluded by the company in Italy. In addition, Rael is responsible for all corporate secretarial matters related to the function of this dually listed company, including all regulatory matters and filings as well as all ongoing corporate related duties and issues.

Rael has primary responsibility for handling legal aspects of a very broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating major commercial contracts in the fields of sales, marketing, technology, research and development, distribution, licensing, intellectual property, purchasing, business development, strategic cooperation, subcontracting, OEM agreements, manufacturing, sales representatives, consulting, share purchase arrangements, joint ventures, financing, banking arrangements, public relations and advertising, human resources agreements (including relocation) and commercial property agreements (purchase and
