Sarah Warshavsky-Oberman

Sarah is HR and Operation leader, highly experienced with organizational transformation, change leadership, mergers & acquisitions and organizational development.

Prior to joining allot, Sarah was VP HR at NI (NASDAQ: NATI) leading the global talent programs (talent acquisition, talent development, leadership development, company culture and connection), global VP HR at OptimalPlus a SW startup company dealing with big data analytics which was acquired by NI, Global HR strategic programs lead at Teva pharmaceuticals, HR director / country manager for Micron semiconductor. Prior to her career in the HR arena, Sarah was holding various positions in Intel, including production and equipment engineering managerial roles.

Sarah holds MBA from Tel Aviv university.
