Eden Poole-Kroner

Eden Poole-Kroner has extensive work experience in various professional services and project management roles. They most recently served as the Director of Professional Services at Alloy.ai starting in February 2023. Prior to that, Eden worked at project44 as a Manager of Professional Services and a Senior Program Manager. They were responsible for overseeing complex projects for enterprise clients and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from sales hand-off to go-live. Eden also worked at Convey Inc as a Senior Implementation Project Manager and Implementation Project Manager, where they successfully executed implementation projects. Before that, they held the role of Senior Project Analyst (Project Manager) at Cvent, where they led high-profile client projects and managed the technical planning and execution of client events. Eden's earlier experience includes roles at MicroMain Corporation, Social Sentinel, Inc., Innography, InfoSnap, Inc., Tango Software, and TradeOne Marketing, where they gained expertise in client success, client services, technical support, QA testing, and solution consultation.

Eden Poole-Kroner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Secondary English Education from St. Edward's University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the ESL Supplemental certification and the Texas 8-12 Teaching Certificate from the Texas Education Agency in May 2010. Later on, in October 2019, they obtained the Cvent Event Management Certified and the Cvent Event Management Advanced Certified certifications from Cvent. Moreover, in May 2020, they obtained the Cvent Event Mobile App certification, also from Cvent.
