Heather Ramirez

Heather Ramirez, SHRM-SCP, CPTM, CUHRCP, is an accomplished training and development manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Alloya Corporate FCU since May 2015, Heather has successfully designed and implemented impactful training programs aligned with company goals. Prior to this role, Heather was instrumental in enhancing employee engagement during remote transitions as a Learning and Development Specialist and established foundational support in the Learning and Development Administrator position. Heather also has a rich background in the arts as the Founder and Artistic Director of Creative Revolution Theatre Company, and significant experience in educational settings as a Technical Director for Boulder Valley School District. Additionally, Heather has held various positions within West Safety Services, demonstrating a strong skill set in risk management and data integrity. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Digital Marketing from Colorado State University Global.
