Jess Lee

Jess Lee is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology sector. As a Partner at Sequoia Capital since November 2016, Jess focuses on seed and early-stage investments in notable companies such as Ironclad and Maven Clinic. In addition, as a Co-founder and Janitor of All Raise, a nonprofit organization founded in October 2017, Jess is dedicated to promoting diversity in tech. Previously, Jess served as VP of Product for the Yahoo Lifestyle team following Yahoo's acquisition of Polyvore, where Jess co-founded and led the company from 2008 to 2016. Early in the career, Jess held positions at Google, where contributions included product management for Google Maps, and at NTT DoCoMo as a Software Engineer Intern. Jess holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University, obtained in 2004.
