Tiffany Chen has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked at UN Watch, where they conducted a research project on the Sri Lankan Civil War and advocated for stronger compensation for the victims. In 2016, they had a brief stint at Cain Brothers in investment banking. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at BMO Capital Markets in investment banking, specifically focusing on healthcare. Tiffany then joined ZS in 2019 as a part of their Strategy & Transformation (Management Consulting) team. In 2022, they became a Principal Cohort at All Raise. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Vice President at H.I.G. Capital.
Tiffany Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Smith College. Tiffany also studied Development Economics and International Development at the Geneva Graduate Institute. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul Academy and Summit School, and Centennial High School.
