Karen Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Karen co-founded allrites.com in 2017, where they served as the Co-Founder and later as the Chief Operating Officer. At allrites.com, they were responsible for managing operations, team recruitment, marketing, communications, investor and tech relations. Karen also spearheaded the creation of systems and processes that elevated and progressed the company forward. In addition, Karen participated in the Chinaccelerator program in Shanghai, where they received valuable lessons on growth hacking, pitching, and finding innovative solutions to problems with limited resources.
Before their role at allrites.com, Karen worked at Singapore Management University as an Adjunct Lecturer in Marketing and Consumer Behavior. Karen also developed and taught new elective courses in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce Marketing. Karen also served as a Project Advisor at the UOB-SMU Entrepreneurship Alliance Center.
Karen also had a successful career at Dell, where they held various roles. Karen served as the Regional Director of Services Marketing & Communications in the Asia Pacific region, leading marketing and communications initiatives. Karen also served as the Regional Director of Services Planning & Sales Transformation, managing the daily, quarterly, and annual sales planning and analytics data for the Services portfolio. Karen also held the position of Alliances Director - Marketing & Programs, Small & Medium Business, Asia Pacific, where they managed Dell's SMB Enterprise Alliances portfolio.
Before their time at Dell, Karen worked at GREA Concepts Pte Ltd as a Director, undertaking consulting assignments and regional market development projects.
Additionally, Karen had a successful tenure at Unicorn International Pte Ltd, where they served in various marketing roles within the Commercial Security Division and Aerospace & Defence sectors.

Karen Ho earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Prior to that, they completed another MBA program at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 1999. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Canterbury, which they obtained between 1987 and 1990. In addition to their formal education, Karen obtained a certification in Programming for Non-Programmers from One Month in April 2017.
