Sebastian Verity

Sebastian Verity has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Sebastian started their career at Foxtons as a Business Development Manager from an unspecified date in 2004 until an unspecified date in 2007. Sebastian then moved on to KAY & CO, where they worked as the Head of Client Services in 2008 and 2009. Sebastian then joined Knight Frank, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Client Services from December 2009 to April 2012, Graduate Surveyor in Institutional Consultancy from March 2012 to June 2013, and ultimately became the Head of Research Consultancy from June 2013 to September 2018. After leaving Knight Frank, they worked at Savills as the Director of Research, Insight & Data from October 2018 to October 2022. Following their time at Savills, Sebastian joined Chestertons as the Head of Research from October 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Research at Allsop LLP, starting in April 2023.

Sebastian Verity began their education at Downside School in 1989 and completed their studies in 1997. Sebastian then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law at The University of Edinburgh from 1999 to 2003. After a few years, they furthered their education with a Master's Degree in Property Valuation & Law at Cass Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.
