Lisa Wilson Foley has extensive experience in leadership roles in various companies. In 1997, they became the president of Allstar Therapy, where they provided occupational, speech, and physical rehabilitation services in healthcare facilities across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Lisa also owned and served as the president of Blue Fox Enterprises starting in 2000. In 2012, Lisa became the president of LWF Enterprises.

Lisa Wilson Foley completed their high school education at Farmington High School from 1973 to 1977. Lisa then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College, which they completed from 1977 to 1981. Later, from 1986 to 1988, Lisa attended Yale University School of Medicine where they obtained a Masters degree in Public Health.
