Danielle Sligh

Danielle Sligh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Inclusive Diversity & Equity at Allstate, Danielle drives initiatives for diverse and equitable representation and engagement within the company. Prior experience at Ford Motor Company includes roles such as Sr. Manager of HR & People Strategy, Global Culture Transformation Manager, and HR Supervisor at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant, where Danielle focused on operational initiatives, culture integration, and managing HR processes for a large workforce. Additional roles at Ford included strategic partnership in global purchasing and labor relations. Danielle's earlier career at Ford Credit involved leadership in achieving dealer and customer satisfaction metrics, and prior public relations experience encompassed media relations and event management. Danielle holds a Master's in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University, an MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University, and a BS in Journalism/Public Relations from Florida A&M University.
