Don Jones

Don Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in claims management and insurance operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Claims Design and Delivery at Allstate since December 2022, Don previously held the position of Head of Claims US Insurance Operations at MassMutual from February 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Don spent over two decades at Nationwide, culminating in the role of Associate Vice President. Don holds a Master's degree in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
