Karl Wiley

Karl Wiley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading global businesses. Currently serving as EVP of the Protection Services Group at Allstate since August 2023, Karl is also the Global President & CEO of SquareTrade / Allstate Protection Plans, overseeing services for 150 million customers in 17 countries. Previously, Karl held key positions at SquareTrade, including Chief Operating Officer, and served as a senior advisor at RepairClinic.com. As a former Senior Vice President & General Manager at Shutterfly, Karl managed a $1 billion portfolio of consumer brands. Additional experience includes roles at eBay, MicroPlace, and Alibris, combined with a solid educational background including an MBA from Harvard Business School.
