Matt Chiarelli

Matt Chiarelli serves as the Director of Model Operations (MLOps) at Allstate, starting in April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the deployment of over 120 AI and ML solutions to align with organizational goals and founding the MLOps organization to establish best practices for model deployment. Prior roles at Allstate involved leading significant data science initiatives, including a $100M program for enterprise-wide data adoption and optimizing big data platforms. Chiarelli also has a background in scientific research, having led a lab at Northwestern University focused on spinal cord cell activity, supported by a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Iowa.
