Rajiv Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as an Initiative Manager/Release Train Engineer and previously as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at Allstate, Rajiv has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams. Past roles include IT Project Manager at Landstar and Prudential Financial, as well as Software Development Manager and Information Technology Analyst at the City of Jacksonville. Rajiv began a career in software development at the Michigan Department of Corrections.
