Hannes Napp

Hannes Napp is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a robust background in logistics, customer support, and strategic procurement. Currently serving as Director of Operations, Customer Support & Quality and Managing Director at FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving since 2024, Hannes oversees order fulfilment processes and is responsible for ensuring quality standards. Previously, Hannes held various leadership roles within ALLTEC GmbH from 2016 to 2023, contributing to the assembly of laser equipment and managing logistics and operational functions. Hannes also has significant experience from Dräger, where the individual managed inbound logistics and operations across multiple roles, including leading global operations projects. Hannes holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) degree from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn.
