Karla completed a Diplomado in Desarrollo de Competencias Gerenciales at Tecnológico de Monterrey from June 2020 to January 2021, and received a Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia from Universidad La Salle Noroeste, A.C. from 2003 to 2008.
