Gale Cohen, SPHR

Gale Cohen, SPHR, has a solid background in human resources and strategic leadership. Gale is currently the Vice President of People and Organization at Alltrna, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Cyteir Therapeutics from May 2021 to April 2023, where they provided strategic HR leadership and designed HR practices to support the company's growth. Before that, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, starting in April 2015. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, Gale held two roles: Global Talent Strategy Lead, Global Product Development and Supply (April 2019 to May 2021) and Director of Human Resources (April 2015 to May 2021). In these positions, they provided strategic HR direction, implemented talent practices, and supported site growth and expansion. Their career in human resources started at AstraZeneca R&D, where they worked as a Senior HR Partner from an unspecified start date to April 2015. In this role, they partnered with leaders in various functions to implement strategic workforce and people-related objectives.
