Li Fu

Li Fu has extensive work experience in the scientific research field. They started their career at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012 as a Visiting Scholar. They then continued their research at the same institute, holding positions such as Postdoc Research Fellow, Research Scientist, and Senior Research Scientist from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, Li Fu joined Smithfield BioScience as an R&D Scientist until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Alltrna as a Senior Scientist II starting from 2022. Li Fu has been involved in various roles and projects, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to scientific research.

Li Fu earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from Zhejiang University in 2009. Li then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemical Engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, Li Fu also attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they obtained a second Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree with a focus on Chemoenzymatic synthesis and structure of bioengineered heparin.
