Principal Inbound Product Manager - Parallels at Alludo

Mark Howell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark is currently working as the Principal Inbound Product Manager - Parallels at Alludo since June 2022. In this role, they conduct market research, drives product strategy, and writes technical feature descriptions.

Prior to that, Mark worked at Citrix for several roles. From March 2017 to June 2022, they served as a Senior Product Manager, where they identified and launched products across various platforms. Mark also worked as a Senior Technical Marketing Manager, Desktops and Applications from August 2013 to March 2017, responsible for acquiring and disseminating technical knowledge and designing technical collateral. From February 2009 to August 2013, Mark served as a Principal Sales Engineer, developing pre-sales technical strategies and leading product demonstrations.

Mark's work experience also includes a position as a Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator at IBM from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they worked as an IT Manager at Yale New Haven Hospital from 2005 to 2007 and as a Citrix Consultant at Elekta from 2000 to 2005.

Mark Howell completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bridgewater State University in 1999. Mark later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management & Marketing from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management between 2015 and 2018. Mark has also acquired a number of certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2020. Mark had previously achieved certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager in December 2018 and as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist in July 2018.
