Emma Craig has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Guest Services at Hotel Petaluma in 2014. Emma then worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Howe Companies in 2015, followed by Assistant Manager of Howden Market at Spice Monkey. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Associate at The Rare Bird, a Copywriter at Z Gallerie, and Creator and Self-Publisher of Dating Between the Lines. Emma also held the roles of Treasurer Board of Directors and Chair of the Board of Directors at Men Creating Peace. In 2017, they became Senior Manager, Member Success, Community Manager, and Resource Coordinator at One Degree, Inc. In 2020, they began working at Alluma as Organizational Development & Culture Manager and Manager, Member Success (One Degree Program), and also became a Volunteer Fellow at the California Democratic Party.
Emma Craig obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Development & Social Change from Clark University in 2013. In 2012, they completed a Study Abroad program at the University of Ghana in International/Global Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Emma also has certifications in Managing to Change the World from The Management Center and Sexual Assault Counselor from the City of Worcester.
