Allan Parks, a CFA and MBA graduate, has worked in various roles within the financial industry, including portfolio construction, private banking, market strategies, emerging markets sales and trading, corporate restructuring advisory, and more. From their time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch managing over $4Bn in AUM to spearheading convertible debt new issuance at Wedbush Securities, their experience is diverse and extensive. Currently, Allan serves as the Senior Manager of Private Equity & Venture Capital Portfolio Monitoring at Allvue Systems, where Allan launched a cloud-based SaaS solution targeting fund managers. Allan's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of San Diego.
